Come visit or live full-time in our cozy RV park in the heart of Mexico’s well-known and only wine country, Valle de Guadalupe in Northern Baja California. We are located a picturesque 70-mile drive on great roads from the California border below San Diego, on great 4-lane divided roads (reasonable tolls). A stop-off point for almost fifty years by Americans and Canadians who winter in the south of the peninsula.

The park consists of 20 water & electric pull-thru spots, 8 full-service back-in spots, a cook shelter, two nice clean bathrooms and showers, and a dump station. The park is usually full of temporary campers from April to November, often with organized caravans in Guadalupe for a week of wine tasting and fine dining.

Guadalupe RV Park is run by the Rancho Sordo Mundo charity.

Fifty years ago Xx Everett, the family patriarch, created Rancho Sordo Mundo to develop the first charity-driven deaf boarding school in Mexico. Together with the family he helped develop similar schools all across Mexico. Later he developed the fruit or hards and the RV park to help raise charitable donations.

All RV park fees here are a charitable donation. Thank you.

Across the street is Encuentro Guadalupe - an architectural marvel, eco hotel, bar and restaurant.

A two-minute drive into bustling rustic town of Zarco provides a gas station, several pharmacies, lots of Mexican food, propane gas, mechanics, tire shops, auto parts stores, hardware stores, and a small supermarket built 2+ years ago.

Only a 15-minute trip south to the City of Ensenada, with many many stores, a large fresh fish market, a beautiful boardwalk along the vibrant marine (malecón), three Walmarts, and a huge Costco. Enjoy the Guadalupe weather, pay Mexican prices, and ‘American shopping’ is nearby.

A 5-minute drive puts you into two famous wineries, and two top winery restaurants. Let the wine tasting and gourmet eating begin! No winery or well known restaurant is more than a 20-minute drive.

A 40-minute trip south puts you into the marina/beach city of Ensenada. There you will enjoy many many stores, a large fresh fish market, a beautiful boardwalk along the vibrant marine (malecón), three Walmarts, and a huge Costco.
